Because we want to be 100% accurate with your order, we ask that you be as specific as possible with your grocery list. Use remarks when necessary to describe your best choice.
Will you substitute items that may not be available?
Yes, unless you specify otherwise, our personal shoppers will make substitutions.
Can I shop for relatives if I live in another city?
Certainly! As long as the person for whom you are shopping lives within one of our delivery areas. MrsGrocery.com will contact you to arrange payment when order is ready for delivery.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We provide all store receipts, so you may return the item to the store. If the mistake is ours, we will make it right by returning or exchanging the product for you. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
How do I pay for my order?
When your groceries arrive you may pay by cash, debit or credit card. We accept Visa & MasterCard. Select payment type when you place your order.
What if I need products from a second store?
No problem. We will shop any store in Whitehorse & surrounding areas. Extra stops are $5.00 each.
How do MrsGrocery.com Personal Shoppers pick meat, produce and other fresh foods?
MrsGrocery.com Personal Shoppers will shop for your meats, produce and other fresh foods as if they were shopping for themselves. We know food and will deliver quality choices.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Unless other arrangements have been made, someone must be home to receive your order and pay for the groceries and service. If no one is available to receive your order, your groceries will be stored appropriately, but you may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Are there any other fees?
MrsGrocery.com will charge an additional fee of $20.00 for any order that needs to be re-delivered to the customer not being available for the original delivery time.
